About

Twenty years of sites that stay fast.

FirstPageOnly is a studio for search, websites, e-commerce, custom CRM, and the marketing that follows. The practice behind it is more than twenty years of building sites that load quickly, stay up, and are written so a search engine can tell what they are. We take one client per niche and market so we are never optimizing two rivals at once.

Fast, reliable, and readable: the three standards behind twenty years of FirstPageOnly websites.
Fast enough to read immediately. Reliable enough to be the site next year. Readable enough for a crawler.

What that experience is for.

Fast means the page is the content. The sentence arrives, and the visitor can read it, on a phone, on an ordinary connection. Reliable means the site is still the site next year: clean URLs, redirects when an address changes, an admin a person can open.

Search-friendly means each important query has a page. That page says what it is in the title and the first paragraph. The rest of the site links to it on purpose. Those are the habits of the last twenty years, and they are the habits on a FirstPageOnly engagement now.

We build for the future each client is heading toward. The CMS, e-commerce, CRM, the tracking stack, the assistant on Telegram, and the pages themselves are shaped around your offer, your imagination, and what you ask for next—not a theme with settings toggled off.

The roster is kept small on purpose. A retained client gets the research, the site, and the month of attention. We would rather know a short list of businesses well than run a queue of accounts. Nearly all of the current work arrived because a client made the introduction.

We also limit direct competition. If you operate a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, we will not take another sushi client in Los Angeles. If you sell appliances nationwide, we will not take another e-commerce appliance company on the same terms. Your queries, your research, and your edge stay yours—not reused for the business next door.

The studio is in Tampa, FL 33602. The work is for the place your customers search, which is often somewhere else. Hours are weekdays, 9:00am to 9:00pm EST. The phone is (866) 644-2333.

One client per niche and market.

Most agencies will work with anyone who pays. We will not. The limit is simple: if taking you means we could not take your direct competitor in the same geography or category, we choose one side and stay there.

A local business gets protection in its city and trade. A national catalog gets protection in its product line. That is how research stays honest, how keyword lists are not recycled, and how you are not paying us to teach the next applicant your playbook.

  • Local example: one sushi restaurant per city we serve—not two clients fighting for the same map and the same queries.
  • National example: one appliance e-commerce company on the roster—not a second store selling the same catalog nationwide.
  • Scope is defined at intake: what you sell, where you sell it, and which searches we are agreeing to own with you.

How a first month usually goes.

  1. A note about the business and the queries.

A call or the form. The offer, the place you serve, and the searches you already care about.

  2. A first research pass.

What is worth a page this quarter, and what should wait. You can read the method on the research page.

  3. The pages, or the fixes, that match that list.

A new site, or a repair of the one you have, built the way the implementation page describes.

  4. A way for you to edit them.

The CMS is yours. We set a date for the first maintenance look, and for marketing if you want the spend watched too.

We quote from the size of the site and the searches, including a setup and a monthly when the CMS is part of the work. Send the queries. We will say what the first month should cover.
