Client work is by referral and retainer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Scope, fees, and timelines are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or invoice—not by this page alone.

We provide search research, website implementation, maintenance, advertising management, analytics, CMS software, and related tools such as custom tracking and an optional AI Assistant. Deliverables depend on the engagement.

No ranking guarantees

Search engines, ad platforms, and AI systems change. We do not guarantee positions, traffic, leads, revenue, map placement, or citations. We describe our method on the site; outcomes depend on market, budget, and the client’s offer.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information about their business, approve copy and spend where required, and maintain rights to content and trademarks they supply. Clients are responsible for their own customer-facing policies on their domains unless we explicitly write and publish them as part of scope.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstPageOnly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in courts located in Florida unless we agree otherwise in writing.
