The page has to be worth linking to.
Most link outreach fails because the page being promoted does not help anyone but the person who wants the link. Before we ask, the URL has to earn it: a specific answer, original detail, or a resource a journalist, a local group, or a trade page would actually send a reader to. That page comes from research and is built like any other SEO URL.
Then the sources. A relevant mention on a site your customers already read is worth more than a hundred footprints on sites built to sell links. We look at who links to the pages already ranking, and we ask whether a genuine reason exists to be included: a correction, a local resource, a data point, a story. Digital mentions are part of the work when the reason is real.
We will not buy placements, run a private blog network, or trade links in bulk. If a site already has a mess of those, we will say so and clean what we can. The roster is small enough that we can refuse a tactic that would put the domain at risk.
- A page worth citing, before any outreach
- A list of sites that already rank or already link in your market
- Outreach only where there is a reason to mention you
- A record of what was asked, what landed, and what was declined
