When you use the contact form, we receive what you submit: name, email, phone if provided, message, and referral name if you include it. We use it to respond and to operate our business. We do not sell personal information.

Like most sites, we use analytics and measurement tools (including first-party and edge-loaded tags described on our Tracking page) to understand traffic, form submissions, and marketing performance. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers subject to your browser settings and any consent banner we display where required.

Client sites we build

For client websites, we configure analytics, ads, forms, and integrations the client approves. Each client site may have its own privacy notice; we help implement it but the client owns their customer relationships unless our agreement says otherwise.

AI Assistant and integrations

Where a client uses our AI Assistant or other integrations, data access is limited to what the client authorizes (for example CMS content, analytics summaries, or messaging channels such as Telegram). We do not use client data to train public models.

Retention and security

We keep contact and project records as long as needed for the work and ordinary business, legal, and tax requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold.
